iFix Roofing ensures all job sites are up to safety requirements as set out by WorkSafe legislation. It is both ours and the clients responsibility to provide a safe workplace.

FALL PROTECTION AND SCAFFOLDING

SCAFFOLD

iFix Roofing is licensed to perform high risk work in basic scaffolding and is accredited through WorkSafe Victoria. Scaffold is required on any jobs above 2 meters and roof pitch greater than 30 degrees. We supply, install and hire out kwikstage scaffolding for our own jobs and for other trades.

SAFETY RAIL

iFix Roofing is licensed to supply and install Australian engineered and accredited safety rail (Speedsafe). Safety rail is required on all works conducted above 2 meters with a roof pitch less than 30 degrees. We offer a wide range of solutions for both new and existing dwellings to maintain a safe work environment.

HIGH PRESSURE CLEANING

RESTORATION WASH

iFix roofing offers high pressure cleaning services to both cement tiles and iron roofs. With our specialised roof cleaning accessories and water pressure rate exceeding 5000 psi. This will remove any organic substances such as dirt, grime, moss and lichen from your roof and will give your roof some extra street appeal.

TERRACOTTA WASH

High pressure cleaning terracotta roofs is one of our most common job requests, particularly in the Ballarat region. We will remove any organic substances such as dirt, grime, moss and lichen from your roof with our specialised high pressure cleaners. Part of this service using a mould retardant to delay recurrance as well as disconnecting downpipes for the wash and cleaning your property afterwards.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

INSULATION

iFix roofing offers both roof insulation and ceiling bat installation to existing properties. Depending on what your needs are, we can inspect your current roof cavity and offer a wide range of commonly used bats such as Earthwool, thermal and glass wool all with various R ratings depending on the customers needs.

ANTENNA REMOVAL & INSTALL

iFix roofing offers Antenna removal and installation services, as well as amplifier and wall point installation. Old antenna anchor points are one of the main causes of leaks on both tile and iron roofs. Most people are unaware that your old 30ft antenna is no longer required for a strong signal - we can remove these and install a smaller 3 foot antenna for you.
